Applications
An application is composed of a title, a reference clause, an introduction, and a calculation section with Input and Output fields. The main applications are accessible via a list for each Eurocode. In addition, there are some secondary applications that do simple calculations. They are displayed at the bottom of the page via hyperlinks.
NDPs
An NDP (Nationally Determined Parameter) of an Eurocode is composed of a title, a reference clause, recommended values by the EN Eurocode and some values chosen by country.
Data
Data refer to all the texts and numbers on this website. While working on applications or NDPs, data refer to the information (tables, figures, texts, secondary applications) that are displayed at the bottom of the page via hyperlinks to data. These data are specifically for the practical use of the applications and NDPs.
Hyperlinks to data
Hyperlinks to data give access to specific data at the bottom of the page. They can be distinguished by their underlined text.
User account
To use some features on this website, the user must be logged in with a registered account. An account includes a username and a password (in the case of local account). If the user has registered with external services (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook), the local password is optional. Creating an account is free.
Login with an account allows the user to freely access the values of NDPs and specific data at the bottom of the page.
User account PRO
The user having an account can subscribe to applications of each Eurocode. The account then becomes an account PRO. The subscription fee depends on the number of applications of the Eurocode and the subscription's duration.
A subscription allows the user to access to the calculation feature of the subscribed applications during the subscription's duration.

The aim of this website usingEurocodes.com (hereinafter referred to as the Site) is to provide guidance to the Eurocodes' users by means of practical online calculations.
Please read carefully the following General Conditions of use and Conditions of sale. Access to the Site constitutes your acceptance of these conditions in full.
The Site reserves the right to modify the present conditions at any time and without notice. The user is therefore advised to consult them regularly.
Acknowledgement
The Site's content is based on the Eurocodes while respecting the principle of fair use for educational purposes, as indicated in the guide CEN-CENELEC GUIDE 10.

This Site is not approved or supported by CEN. Extracts based on the Eurocodes are not an exact copy of the original text but a personal interpretation. The values in the NDPs may not correspond to the current national annexes.
All data are provided for guidance purposes only, including the results of the applications. The user uses this Site at his own risk. The Site cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies, material and immaterial damage arising from access to the Site or use of data from the Site.

The user account is strictly personal. The loan, transfer or resale of user account are not authorized. The user is solely responsible for the confidential nature of his password.
The user's information collected during registration is treated in a confidential manner except the company's name. This information may be shown in a page of our principal clients for the purpose of reciprocal advertising. The user has a right to access, rectify or delete this information by writing an email to contact@usingeurocodes.com.
For an account without subscription or with expired subscriptions, if the user has not logged in for 180 days, the account is considered as inactive. The inactive account may be erased from our database in accordance with the law concerning the defined time of data retention.
The Site has been declared to the French commission for information technology and civil liberties (CNIL), N°1854985v0.
Use of cookies
A cookie is a text file saved on the users' computer when visiting a website to store certain types of navigation data. By using the Site, the user accepts cookies in their internet browser.

Service availability
The Site is normally available to the users at any time. However, for technical reasons or a maintenance operation, access to the Site may be occasionally interrupted. The Site tries to limit those interruptions, without, however being subject to any obligation to achieve this.

Object
The following conditions govern the sales of subscription to applications between NGUYEN Paul – auto-entrepreneur, business identification number SIRET 810 805 325 00026 (hereinafter referred to as the Site) and the users who subscribe to applications on the website usingEurocodes.com (hereinafter referred to as the Client).
Subscription - Pricing
A subscription allows the user to access to the calculation feature of the subscribed applications for some durations. There are two durations of subscription: 1 month and 3 months (1 month means 30 consecutive days). Subscriptions do not be automatically renewed. Therefore, the Client must subscribe again to use the service when the subscription has been expired.
Prices are applied to each package of applications and to each subscription's duration. The prices are in Euros and excluding taxes (VAT not applicable, Art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code). The Site reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but subscriptions will be charged on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is validated.
For orders to a country other than France Metropolitan. Customs duties or other taxes or import duties or taxes State may be required. These rights and are not covered by the Site. They will be at your expense and are entirely your responsibility, both in terms of statements and payments to the authorities of your country. We advise you about these issues with your local authorities.
Order
The Client places orders on the Site. The Client is able to return to the page of options to modify his choice before proceeding with the payment step.
The Site reserves the right not to record a payment or not to confirm an order for whatever reason, in particular, in case of problems concerning the orders.
The collected data in their entirety and the stored confirmation consist of a proof of the business transaction. The confirmation is worth a signature and implies the agreement to the business transaction made. Your order summary will be sent to you by e-mail.
Payment - Delivery
The payment of subscriptions is performed online, after the verification of the order.
The transfer is performed with the security portal Paypal.com. This service proposes two options: credit cards or PayPal account.
Subscriptions are delivered to the Client immediately after the validation of the payment. If this is not the case for any reason, the Client must contact us to check if the order and the payment are valid.
Refund - Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the Client expressly agrees that subscriptions begin immediately after the confirmation mail is sent. Therefore, the Client expressly waives his right of withdrawal.
No refunds will be issued event if subscriptions are not used.
For maintenance purposes, the number of applications in some packages may slightly change during the subscription's period of the Client. No refunds will be done in this case.
Data management
The Client's information collected during subscription is treated in a confidential manner. The Client has a right to access, rectify or delete this information by writing an email to contact@usingeurocodes.com.
The Site will archive orders form and bills on a reliable and lasting aid as a copy in conformity with the french civil code Act. 1348.

Service availability
The applications are normally available to the Client at any time. However, for a maintenance operation, they could be temporarily unavailable. If this unavailability exceeds seven days, the subscriptions of the Client will be extended by the amount of day equal to the number of days of inaccessibility. In this case, please contact us if such operation did not take place automatically.
The obligations agreed upon in these Conditions of sale will be suspended in case of force majeure. The Site may not be held responsible for any delay or failure of services.
Applicable law and competent courts
The official language of these conditions is the French language. These conditions are subject to French law. The litigations will be subjected to the exclusive competence of the French jurisdictions.
