Triaxially compressed nodes may be checked according to Expression (3.24) and (3.25) with an upper limit σEd,max ≤ k4 ν' fcd if for all three directions of the struts the distribution of load is known.
Recommendation
The recommended value of k4 for the calculation of the maximum value of conrete stress is 3,0.
