Eurocode 2 part 1-1: Design of concrete structures 8.3 (2)
The mandrel diameter should not be less than Φm,min in order to avoid damage to the reinforcement.
Recommendation
The recommended values for the minimum mandrel diameter are given in Table 8.1N.
