Tying systems: the tensile force on peripheral ties - the values of q1 and Q2
Eurocode 2 part 1-1: Design of concrete structures 9.10.2.2 (2)
The peripheral tie should be capable of resisting a tensile force:

- Ftie,per
- tie force (here: tension)
- li
- length of the end-span.
Recommendation
The recommended value of q1 is 10 kN/m, of Q2 is 70 kN.
