The concrete compressive strength at an age of `t` days is:

f(_{ck}t) = f(_{cm}t) - 8 (MPa) | for 3 < t < 28 days |

f(_{ck}t) = f_{ck} | for t ≥ 28 days |

where:

`f`_{ck}- is the characteristic compressive cylinder strength of concrete at 28 days according to Table 3.1
`f`(_{cm}`t`)- is the mean concrete compressive strength at an age
`t`days `t`- is the age of the concrete.
